Britt Elder, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist
Britt started her wellness path in 2017 with a 200hr yoga teacher training at Durga’s Tiger school, Ecuador; this is where she was first introduced to the practice of massage.
Upon her return, she enrolled at the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine to further study. Here is where she would thrive- where Eastern and Western massage practices were woven together.
Continually fascinated by the ways in which the body reaches out to us, Britt maintains a curiosity and drive to learn how to best approach each unique individual that arrives to her table. This commitment to the individual outlines Britt’s deep belief that as practitioners it is our first priority to meet people where they are at, and respect their needs at that time.
Whether that is a clinical, emotional or energetic need- all are welcome and safe. In addition to being an RMT since 2019, Britt is also an avid gardener and loves cooking for her family- fresh food and tea from the garden? Nothing better!

Doctor of Acupuncture
For the past 18 years Cassandra has been gathering knowledge on healthy diet, exercise,
belief system patterning and alternative healing methods that are intrinsically
nurturing and effective. She naturally found her way to Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture
after practicing massage therapy, teaching yoga and learning acutonics sound healing.
Her acupuncture style is based around traditional and non-traditional methods which include
Chinese Zang fu, five elements and esoteric acupuncture practices. She also uses her
background in anatomy, massage and movement to address injuries, wear and tear or overuse pain in a gentle and holistic way. Her approach is to meet you where you currently are, and use your long-term health goals as a focus to provide a uniquely
tailored therapeutic treatment.
She endeavors to empower her clients through health and lifestyle education, alignment of thought and intention which help facilitate health and a deeper sense of personal power. Modalities used in her sessions can include light gua sha, cupping, acupuncture, acutonics sound therapy and herbal and diet recommendations.
In any treatment her attitude is open, compassionate and engaged. She enthusiastically
welcomes all clients. Her interests include injury recovery, female health, chronic illness/depletion,
