Payment & Cancellations

There is a 50% charge of the treatment cost for all appointments cancelled under 24 hours prior. Payment is due in full at time of service.

Regarding Insurance​

If acupuncture benefits are included in your plan, I will do direct billing or I will provide you with a detailed receipt for you to submit to your carrier for reimbursement. Please verify acupuncture coverage with your health insurance provider when you arrange your first visit. Licensed acupuncturists in Alberta are considered primary health care physicians, therefore you can self-refer to begin treatment.
